At Grand Moments Media we specialize in capturing the Grand features and spaces of your property to provide you with the best photos possible. That combined with our fast turnaround time, within 24 hours of capturing the property, help you sell your property fast!
The Process
1.Contact me
Reach out via email or text (970-812-3252) and we will set up a time to photograph your property as soon as possible.
2.Setup the Property
To ensure we get the best possible photos of your property, we prefer to have all lights turned on, ceiling fans turned off, and all shades/blinds opened. This can be done ahead of time to save time, or we can do it upon arrival (5-10 minutes approx.)
3.Photographing the Property
At Grand Moments Media we capture both the interior and exterior of the property without limiting the number of photos. From every interior space and feature to the front/back exterior and backyard - we capture the full story of your property with beautiful HDR photos (30-45 minutes approx.)
4.Delivering photos
The photos will then be edited and delivered to you within 24 hours of capturing the property. The size of the photos delivered will be under 15MBs to ensure compatibility with listing services.

Homes from 2,500-3,500 sq ft

Homes above 3,500 sq ft
Price includes:
- Unlimited photos, no restriction on the number of photos
- Coverage of all of the interior spaces and rooms
- Coverage of the exterior front, back, and backyard (if applicable)
- High quality edited High Dynamic Range (HDR) photos
- Photo size under 15MBs for combability with listing services.
- Photos delivered back within 24 hours of photographing the property
